Using Middleman enables you to use Content VIllain’s AI in an API-like way. We show how we incorporate this to automatically trigger an email to customers who have refunded their purchase to gather feedback.
This is a super important process as it is a chance to try and save the customer at the final moment as sometimes people will refund in frustration and it could be our fault that a feature or our UX wasn’t unclear so it is good to have those conversations.
It also enables these churned customers to give us input into why they have decided to refund and implement fixes for those issues in the future.
