Honey producers in Baringo unite to boost marketing efforts

A group of honey producers in Baringo has joined hands in processing raw honey to produce quality and earn more money.
The 31 members of Koriema Honey Producers are now able to jointly market processed honey in a more organized and distinct way.
Initially, each farmer would sell his crude honey independently, mostly at a throw away to brokers, most whom would take advantage of the producers.
