The locality of Naigaon has witnessed increasing real estate development and many leading developers from Mumbai have started venturing beyond the island city and its immediate suburbs to other less developed locations within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Naigaon is one such locality which is seeing immense growth in the last few years. Sunteck Realty is developing a township in Naigaon East and has launched their phase III of Sunteck.

Sunteck One World is located near the Naigaon Railway Station (2.8km) on the western line and Juchandra Railway Station on the central line. It can be easily accessed within 15 to 20 minutes from NH48. The developer claims this to be the largest township in the Western Suburbs as the project is spread across 150 acres and offers residential, retail and conveniences. Phase I of the township is completed and the possessions will begin soon, whereas Phase II is under construction of this township. The developer launched the third phase of the project on February 4, 2022.

Phase III of this township is called Sunteck One World and will be spread over 20 acres, however the developer has launched only 10 acres; out of which, the construction will be done in 2.5 acres, while the remaining will be open space. Sunteck One World will have a total of 12 towers, of which 9 towers are currently launched. All of these towers will have 23-storeys each and each floor will have eight flats, except for the refuge areas. The room configuration is of 1-2 BHKs offering carpet areas ranging from 406 -550 sf.

The units in the project are vastu-compliant and face east-west direction. The project’s north will give a hill view, whereas the south will have a lake and an open view, the east and west face the central park within the project and offer a city view. There are over 55 amenities, and a few of the important ones include 20,000 sf.clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball and tennis court, practice cricket pitch, kids play area, sandpit with climbing wall, fitness zone, amphitheatre/ skating rink, barbeque area, viewing deck and pavilion, water body, party lawn and others.

On entering from the main door, you will have a kitchen to your right that comes with ample storage space and utility space where washing machines can be kept. Moving on to the entrance foyer from the kitchen, you can enter a living room where one can set their TV cabinet and sitting space along with dining area. Going further ahead, there’s a bedroom to your right and a toilet on your left. And moving straight ahead, a spacious master bedroom attached with a bathroom and toilet will be provided by the developer. The developer will provide a range of branded fittings and fixtures such as vitrified tiles, electrical switches, bathroom and toilet fitting and fixtures. The developer will provide the main door and two bedroom doors.

The project has easy connectivity to railway stations on the central and western line. The local buses provided by VVMT also ply around the project and there is availability of auto-rickshaws as well. The developer plans to offer retail, healthcare and conveniences along with a Sunteck Mall that will come up in this township.

The project is RERA approved and RERA number is P99000032834 and P99000032855. The possession date mentioned on the RERA website is December 2025.
